  • For any purchase to be eligible for a return, the item needs to be in an unused condition. The item must also be in the same condition as the condition in which you received it. In order to process the return of an item, you MUST provide the original receipt or other document showing proof of purchase within 30 days from the ship date. 
     
    Please send an email to info@elispeaks.org to let us know that you would like to return your item and why. Please include your order number and a photo of the issues if they apply in your email. 
    Once we have received your email a member  from our team will respond with email within 48-72 business hours to start the return processes and the next steps in returning your merchandise. 
     
    All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached.
     
    When returning your merchandise please remember to include your original proof of purchase with your returned item when sending it back. Otherwise we will be unable to process your return.
     
    Once we receive your return and we have inspected it, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item and if it has either been approved or rejected your refund/return. 
     
    If your refund is approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied by the original method of payment – this may take several working days for your card issuer to process. 
     
    There will be NO REFUNDS for the following but not limited to: 
     
    Undeliverable packages 
    Failed delivery attempts 
    Worn/Dirty items

    Domestic Shipping Policy

     

    Shipment processing time

     

    All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

     

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

     

    Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

     

    Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

     

    WWW.ELISPEAKS.ORG ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

     

    Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

     

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

     

    Customs, Duties and Taxes

    shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

     

    Damages

     

    WWW.ELISPEAKS.ORG is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

     

    International Shipping Policy

     

    We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
